Small Kitchen

We have recently moved and our kitchen is the smallest one we have ever had.  So we are getting creative with how we store some things.  One idea we wanted to share was the idea to put your pots and pans with their lids right on the wall!  It ended up looking like this.  Which... we think is pretty cool! This is really the only wall we have to put things on in our kitchen.

This is NOT real cheese!!

A couple of weeks ago my brother got married.  He had ordered a party sub from Subway for us to eat while we were getting ready.  Of course we were hungry so we all dug in.  After we returned a few hours later we were taking a look at the sub, thinking about eating some more of it and we noticed this..... What is wrong with this cheese that it just melted and oozed down the sides?  Yes, the sandwich was left out.  But it was indoors.  Not sitting in the sun.  There is even a bubble in it.  This can't be good for you.  Way too processed.  Pretty sure I will never eat Subway again!  #ew  #subway

Spring has Sprung

Wow, it has been a while since I have written a blog post.  Much has happened on Chase St lately. First off...  I no longer work for the Dispatch Center.  I was hired by Infitech.  A local IT company.  Anything technology related we handle.  From residential to big business.  So now I am trying to learn as much as I can.  You only learn so much in school.  On the job training is where it is at.  I have been at Infitech for a good month now.  Things are going great.  One of the best parts of it all...  WEEKENDS OFF!  Spending more time with Darlene and the kids is awesome. You may or may have not have heard Violet spending a night in the hospital.  She had a fever, we took her to the doctor and they needed to run some tests.  She had a high white blood cell count so they admitted her.  Once of the worse things ever is to have to hold your daughter down as she is crying so hard that she gags on her ow...

Time To Move On

Many of you know that I had gone back to school over the past few years.  This last December I graduated from Mid-State Technical College with my Associate's Degree in Information Technology as a Networking Specialist. By the end of the month I will be using this degree, working with Infitech .  So if you know of any businesses looking to have their network needs met.  Let me know!  They do also provide residential services... This is quite a big change for me.  While I did enjoy working at the dispatch center it will be nice to be able to do more things with family and friends on the weekends.  You are thinking... wait!  Did he just say weekends??  I did.  Weekends off.  Wow.  I think those of you who have weekends off don't realize how nice it really is. I have been at the dispatch center for 6 years.  A lot has changed in that time.  It will be difficult and I am very nervous for the change, but I am even more exc...
